Call the Nursing office for information on how to enroll in our Licensed Practical Nursing Program. Students completing the three semester program will be awarded a certificate and will be eligible to sit for the National Council of State Boards of Nursing Licensure Exam to become a licensed practical nurse.

There are specific deadlines to apply so, applicants need to download an LPN application, (or pick one up in person in either advising centers), and call the Nursing office about application deadlines.

Effective for Fall 2009 admissions, the student must meet the following minimum criteria in order to be eligible for admission into the Nursing Education Program at Jefferson State Community College. Please refer to the following check List for your LPN Application.

Meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee acceptance.
