CenterCourse DescriptionsThe Call Center/Customer Service Program focuses on the skills critical for success in a customer service environment. Each course provides "hands-on" experience utilizing equipment and technology that is virtually identical to what you'll find on the job. The student will receive training from instructors with current industry experience and have the opportunity to talk with industry experts throughout the coursework.
