Job Placement

Job placement opportunities are provided to graduates of the Call Center/Customer Service Program. 

As part of the Professional Development Course (BUS 202) students:

  • Write job-specific resumes

  • Design high-impact cover letters

  • Strengthen job interviewing skills

  • Meet recruiters from companies currently hiring CSR's 

  • Gain access to Jefferson State's JOBBS job listings

  • Discover the latest trends to dressing for success

In addition, we will monitor each student's job searching progress and continue to provide advice on related information for approximately one year.
