Additional informationclick selected topic below. Students may register during the pre-orientation session with the program coordinator/instructor. The program coordinator will notify students of the registration date. Note: Late registration is not available for this program. Registration is not completed until tuition and fees are paid in full. Students must pay tuition and fees at least one week prior to the first day of class. Cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover are accepted for payment of tuition, fees, books, and supplies. Sponsored students' expenses paid by agencies such as Vocational Rehabilitation Services, BellSouth, etc., must present written authorization from the sponsoring agency to register without personally paying tuition and fees at the time of registration. Withdrawal: The Call Center/Customer Service Program is designed to be delivered as a complete unit consisting of BUS 198, BUS 199, BUS 200, BUS 201, and BUS 202. Students may not withdraw from individual courses. If a student desires to withdraw from one of these courses he/she must withdraw from the entire unit or all of the courses outlined above.
