"When I took this class my self-esteem was at an all time low. This program helped me gain the confidence that I had not felt in years. I learned a variety of new skills that will help me feel more comfortable in a professional environment. I believe that with my own personal traits and what I learned in class I will make a positive contribution to any company that chooses to hire me, I can now make my dreams come true."

"I took this program in order to improve my skills to better myself. I really liked the program because I gained a feeling of accomplishment. I also loved the learning games and winning prizes in class. There wasn't anything I didn't like about the class. I want to get a great job and learn something new every day and move laterally or vertically within a good company."

Jennifer Shew (employed by Alabama Telco Credit Union)
"I took this class because I wanted to learn skills quickly and get a job. I really liked the people in this class. They helped me overcome my shyness and I believe they will be lifelong friends. My long term goal is to get my degree and go into management."

There was no ‘fluff’ in the program. Everything I learned I can use in the job. I’m ready now to go back into the workforce and deliver the level of customer service my customers want and deserve." Debbie wants to continue her education and obtain an associate degree.Debbie Gorff is reentering the workforce after a number of years as a homemaker.
