Community EducationRegistration InformationWhen can I register for an on-campus community education class? We strongly encourage you to register as early as possible. Some courses have limited enrollment and may fill quickly. Registration is accepted on a first come-first served basis. How Can I Register?
How do I withdrawal from a class? Jefferson State Community College Community Education reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Full refunds are issued if JSCC cancels a program/class due to insufficient enrollment or if the student withdraws from the program/class at least two business days prior to the first class meeting. If a student fails to withdraw from a program/class at least two business days prior to the first class meeting, a $25 processing fee will be withheld from any refund issued. If a students withdraws from a class on the day of the first class meeting, a $35 processing fee will be withheld from the request refund. No refunds will be given if a student withdraws after the first class meeting. To withdraw from a class, students should call, write, or e-mail:
Please note that failure to attend class does not constitute proper withdrawal. How do I pay for a class? Payment is due at the time of registration. Please note that registration is not complete until full payment is received. Payments may be made by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, check, money order, cash, or company-sponsored purchase order/documentation. Make checks and money orders payable to Jefferson State Community College. A written or verbal confirmation of your registration will be forwarded to you upon completion of the registration process.
