You may register at any time up to one week prior to the
start of a class.

The quickest way to register is by completing the
Online Registration Form!

Mail - You may register by
mail with a check or credit card payment. Just mail us your name, address,
social security number, name, credit card number, CEU # and date of the
class in which you would like to enroll. Mail this information to the
Workforce Development Center at Jefferson State Community College, 2601
Carson Road, Birmingham, Alabama 35215.
Walk-in registration is
accepted at the Center for ISO 9000 and Workforce Development, Lurleen
Wallace Hall, 2601 Carson Road during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m.-
4:30 p.m. is accepted at the Workforce Development, Lurleen Wallace Hall,
2601 Carson Road during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
Fax- You may register by fax
with a credit card payment. Just fax us your name, address, social

which you would like to enroll. Fax this information to the Workforce

Cancellation/Refund/Tuition Policy
Jefferson State Community College reserves the right to
cancel any program due to insufficient enrollments. Refunds are issued if
Jefferson State cancels a program due to insufficient enrollment or
participant cancels one-week before a program begins. Tuition should be
received by the Center for ISO 9000 and Workforce Development three (3)
working days prior to the start date of a program
Payment
Payment is due at the time of registration. You may pay
by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. Make checks payable to:
Jefferson State Community College. Please deliver cash payments in person
to the Workforce Development Center at 2601 Carson Road. A written
confirmation of your class/program will be sent to you after you register.
The Continuing Education Unit (C.E.U.)
Jefferson State Community College awards C.E.U.'s in
accordance with national guidelines as set forth in "The Continuing
Education Unit: Criteria and Guidelines" Fourth Edition, 1990. This is a
publication of The Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of
Colleges and Schools. Continuing education units are awarded at the rate
of .1 for each contact hour in the classroom. Ten contact hours would
award 1.0 C.E.U.'s.
