The Class Attendance Verification is a list of the student’s classes across the top of the form and the billing statement at the bottom. Class Attendance Verifications are used as receipts and proof of attendance for the student. For financial aid student’s Class Attendance Verifications are emailed to the student’s pipeline account the day before classes start and throughout the schedule adjustment period if the student changes their classes or registers late. Financial aid students are to take these Class Attendance Verifications to their first class meeting and have the instructor sign showing they are attending class.
