Refund Policy/Deadlines

Refund Policy for Fall 2015

Refunds are based on the first official day for the term and are not based on the first class day for individual courses. After the Schedule Adjustment Period ends, students may receive a PARTIAL refund only if they COMPLETELY withdraw from ALL classes in which they are enrolled. Students completely withdrawing from the college must submit a complete withdrawal form to Enrollment Services or one of the off-campus sites; you cannot do a complete withdrawal on the web after the term has begun. Prorated Refund Schedule for Complete Withdrawal from Fall Regular Term, Session I and Session II are as follows. The complete withdrawal from all courses following registration must be done by or before these dates.

Fall Regular Term: August 21, 2015 through December 18, 2015
Through August 20, 2015 100% Refund
Through August 27, 2015 75% Refund
Through September 3, 2015 50% Refund
Through September 10, 2015 25% Refund

Fall Session I: August 21, 2015 through October 14, 2015
Through August 20, 2015 100% Refund
Through August 24, 2015 75% Refund
Through August 28, 2015 50% Refund
Through September 1, 2015 25% Refund

**Schedule Adjustment for regular term and Session I is August 21 through 26, 2015

Fall Session II: October 17, 2015 through December 15, 2015
Through October 16, 2015 100% Refund
Through October 20, 2015 75% Refund
Through October 26, 2015 50% Refund
Through October 28, 2015 25% Refund

**Schedule Adjustment for Fall Session II is October 20, 2015

September 10, 2015 is the last day to completely withdraw from all courses during the regular session with a prorated refund.

Administrative Fee: An administrative fee not to exceed 5% shall be accessed for complete withdrawal.

Refund for partial withdrawal: During schedule adjustment when dropping and adding of individual courses are allowed, students may drop a course and receive a full refund for that course and its related fees only. There will be no refund to a student who partially withdraws after schedule adjustment has ended.
