Looking for something to do this Summer? Attend this FREE camp
What: Explore exciting careers in robotics, manufacturing,
automotive technology, veterinary technology, healthcare, computer
science, and many more. Hear from industry leaders about what they look
for in potential employees and the types of jobs they have available.
Tour one of Alabama’s automotive assembly plants. Who: Students
entering the 10th, 11th, or 12th grade in Fall 2008 with an interest in
pursuing a career in science, technology, engineering, or math.
Where: Jefferson State Community College, 2601 Carson Road,
Birmingham, AL 35215 Cost: THE CAMP IS FREE! The National
Science Foundation has awarded Jefferson State Community College and
four other colleges a grant which pays for the STEM camps and provides a
