•  Maintain proper key control.
•  Inventory front desk supplies, replenishing as necessary,  documenting what needs to be ordered.
•  Effectively communicate with coworkers in all departments.
•  Work as a team with all staff.
Other Qualifications:
•  At least 18 years old.
•  High School Graduate.
•  Read, write, and speak English fluently.
•  Prior computer experience necessary.
•  Must have a valid Driver’s License, and a good driving record.
•  Demonstrate excellent guest service skills.
•  Flexible work week.
•  Possess basic office skills and phone etiquette.
•  Prior Customer Service/Hospitality experience preferred.

Prepare, cook and present food quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards. Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times. Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the manager. Always adhere to all company policies and procedures. Be involved and contribute at team meetings. Carry out instructions given by the management team and head office.

Greet guests, take beverage orders from the restaurant servers or directly from guests. Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with company standards. Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol Handle an assigned house bank and follow all cash handling procedures. Collect payment for drinks served and balance all receipts. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions. Maintain a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of glass doors and windows, etc. as needed. Other duties as assigned.
