The Strong Interest Inventory is a career assessment tool used to heighten self-understanding and to assist individuals with career related decision-making. It measures personal interests, likes, and dislikes as they relate to various occupations. The Strong is comprised of 317 questions. It can serve as a useful indicator of various occupations in which one may be successful and most likely enjoy.
